Returns & Exchanges

At DSML E-SHOP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to submit a return request and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a collection.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
